SEAL72 is an environmentally friendly, one-component, water-based sealant that can be used alone for fireproofing building joints and various metal pipes. It can also be used in combination with other fireproof sealing materials for fireproofing various holes and penetrations. After curing, it exhibits excellent elasticity and will not crack or pulverize with prolonged use. In a fire, it forms a strong char layer.
