SEAL72-S is a water-based fireproofing adhesive, also known as fireproof paint, that can be applied by spraying. Once cured, it forms a high-strength, elastic coating. It can be used in conjunction with rock wool, ceramic fiber wool, and other materials to fireproof building joints, curtain wall gaps, and penetrations. When properly installed, it can prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and heat in the event of a fire.
